- Made my first appointment to look at the property on July 31st\r
-Was told that the ""Affordable Lease Program"" was based ENTIRELY on 2008 income (I eventually found out that this was a lie - and just to get me to fill out the application)\r
-Took the leasing consultant 2 weeks to send my application in!!! I followed up with her twice, just for her to say ""Yeah, I know, I s*ck, I'm a terrible person, I'll send it out today""\r
-NEVER returned my phone calls\r
-When I went to the property to follow up (because I never received calls back), they weren't there during their normal business hours!\r
-Found out 8 days before I needed to move that I wasn't approved for the program (because it was based on 2009 income - which I would have known I wouldn't qualify for)\r
-She told me she'd try to get me a larger apartment for a better price - because of this fiasco\r
-NO CALL BACK, OR EMAIL RESPONSE AGAIN.\r
-Spoke to Property Manager - 4 DAYS BEFORE I needed to move, and was told there was nothing she could do\r
-The leasing consultant was EXTREMELY unprofessional, disorganized and used poor language in front of customers (when a tenant was questioning their rent amount in front of us, she says ""So, you don't think we're screwing you, right?"" Or, when I told her I'd buy them a ""nice bottle of whatever"" for helping me get approved, she says ""She (property manager) wants a nice big bl*nt"".\r
-Left me in an apartment I needed to move from in 4 days, with no where to go - and when I asked for my deposit back (which, of course was cashed within 3 days of me writing it), they told me it would take 3 WEEKS!!!\r

-I am still searching for an apartment now - with no money back yet.\r

DO NOT RENT HERE - an ABOMINATION of poor management skills and broken promises!!!! :( :( :(
