I have been a customer of Horace & Sylvia's for many years. I love going there for happy hour. ( they have it monday -Friday) They have 1/2 price drinks and appetizers. There menu has a great mixture of things to choose from. They have pasta, steaks, seafood and my personal favorite, calamari. It has hot peppers and a great sauce. They atmosphere is veried layed back and relaxed. The bar staff and server's are great. They are friendly and are well informed of the food, beer and wine that we offer. A great change from other babylon locations. Finally, I just held a private party there for my childs communion. We were 75 people and took over the whole place. Everything was great. They pay so much attention to every little detail. I dropped off decorations and they set them all up, They even helped line up and carry out the gifts. The food was great and the air in the place was so wonderful. I highly suggest having a party there, oh yeah there price is unbeatable. They were the best priced in Babylon.
