Went in late March 2009 to begin treatment. Was seeing "Dr. Don" Mertes, the office manager, Rosa Cacucciolo, has no time for anyone, had waited 3 different occasions to speak with her and waited over 30-40 minutes just to find out that she was in the back room talking about her weekend plans with other staff. The Dr. couldnt rember my treatment plan and didnt have it documented in my chart. Very unprofessional. Stay away.. Visit the Total Health and Wellness center in Winfield, IL WAY BETTER!!!!
