Dr. John wouldn't listen, wasn't interested in our story and implied that we didn't love our animals if we didn't agree with their methods, using the worst sort of emotional blackmail. I can't say much about his competence because he just agreed with a previous diagnosis, but I do know that the whole experience was quite disturbing. We won't be back.
