Austin Gutterman sold me on the GutterHelmet product and even though very expensive I agreed. The install was not according to the contract and when a leak developed within weeks of the install (due to the install) the service manager just wanted to warn me that it was not due to the install and if they came to inspect I would be charged for the trip. Weeks later, more rain, and more extensive leaking. Called the salesperson to complain, he explained that he would get right with the service department and get back to me.....several days later and no call. I suppose I will have to consider a lawsuit to get any attention. I would not recommend doing business with this company and I will file a complaint with the BBB.
Cons: No followup on warranty work!
