Creature knowledgable, individualized patient care, passionate thorough medicine and benefits community! 1/16/2009

Dr. Stephanie Moore has breathed life into this clinic! Great cohesion and customer service. Outstanding patient care, assessing and treating each as an individual, with unique history, exposure, lifestyle, behavior and genetics. Honest feedback regarding patient health, and upholds the pet's needs, not the owner's (parent's) desires or ignorance. Great communication, unpretentious presentation and superior community activism! Aids the effort to reduce strays in the local area, intaking individuals, treating those that are treatable, neutering, and adopting out.\r Vance and neighboring communities! Be open to her messages, and know what a lil precious ""diamond in the rough"" you have available in a typically rural area with few resources! Appreciate Dr. Moore's advice, consider the options she presents to you, and know that this is quality vet care, of the many professionals I've used time after time.\r She promotes joint maintenance and therapy for pain/inflammation, dental health, and weight management, the primary cornerstones of healthy critters! Many rural vets just don't bother, either not up to date on today's advancements, standard vet protocol, and options for our four-legged (or three!) companions. She doesn't assume you won't be interested, or can't afford, or are too ignorant. All animals and owners are created equal.\r \r Hopefully, HCAH will continue to grow, will add professional behavior recommendations/referrals, advanced nutrition standard advice to clientele (esp quality ingredient, less over-baking, higher protein diets and the long term effects of the low quality ""balanced"" dry and canned foods the majority of pet owners feed), and will memorably establish effective standards of stray population ""control and neutering"" as an example to pet owners, citizens, animal control, other local hospitals and rescue organizations as HCAH continues to draw people and pets into its doors.\r \r The value of such a hospital cannot be emphasized enough by me and mine! more
