I used to love going to this place but tjhe last time we went in December My eleven year old daughter ordered a cuop of cocoa. After she had eaten the mound of whipped cream she began sipping it . All of a sudden I heard a shriek come out of her. she jumped to her feet in horror and pointed to her drink. I took the cup and looked inside. To my utter surprise and disgust there was a large insect floating in it. I took the cup and showed the guy at the counter. He just said ""sorry"" and walked to the back of the store. Long story short, I'll never go back there again. Sorry Blue Plate.
