I have been coming here for years, and have yet to be dissapointed. From the always hospitable owner, JB, to the friendly knowing staff, to the variety of choices on the menu (escargot, sand dabs etc.), and wine list. Their 3 flavour creme brulee is my fave. With the economy in turmoil, you want to spend a night out somewhere that you know you'll get your moneys worth. This place is a staple of Studio City residents in the know. Upscale, minus pretension. And I just found out there will be a new happy hour with cheaper drinks and a tapas menu this week! I heard from the staff it will be 6 days a week from 4-7 and 10-11!!! This is just one more reason I will remain a loyal patron of the Wine Bistro! See for yourself!
