Doctor Smith is a great doc, along with most other docs... so I hear. The staff seems under trained, disgruntled and more like temps than seasoned employees. I agree with the other reviews that they are slow to return calls or make appointments. From what I heard from my referring physician this practice used to be run well with knowledgeable employees who cared about the patients, but now is under new management and all the good people left. The fact that good employees were lost is sad and I hope those responsible for that loss are held accountable. The return to concern for the patients who need quality care needs to be addressed. Again I was happy with my doctor, but in looking at the other reviews I can understand the angst.\r
Pros: Good docs, ask for Dr. Smith.
Cons: Staff run like a McDonalds
