They are just OK~I have been going here off and on for years, and they are worse now, even with their new decor. I try to stay consistent, but the last girl I went to I had to quit because her attitude was always bad, she always managed to cut me and the overall salon service was bad. (Throwing your purse and shoes, and rushing off to someone else without even checking to insure that you are satisfied with the job they did for you!) I know people want to get in and out, but the staff is so rude in this place. When I was in there this last time, a lady was complaining because her nails broke less than a week after having a new set put on and the same girl charged her for the repairs. I didn't say anything, because it wasn't my situation, but I agree with the customer here. Why should she have to pay again, when her new nails didn't last a week!! She offered to pay half, but the technician gave her some half assed excuse. ALSO, the salon opened at 11am, but the techinicians didn't start coming in until 11:30, so the salon girl just had all these people SOAKING for 30 minutes!!! Bottom line is, use this place as a last resort~
Pros: Great location, long time salon.
Cons: Rude, inadequate service.
