As a regular patron and having known Michelle and Kelly for some time now, I feel compelled to respond to the previous reviewer who cast aspersions upon them. Both Michelle and Kelly, in my experience, have always been a pleasure to deal with. That said, they won't take any nonsense from patrons who don't know how to behave, which I suspect is the case with the previous reviewer.
Pros: The people (patrons and staff), the food, the location
Cons: If it's crowded, there can be a line for the lavatory.
