Merchandise is low quality and when something breaks the sales staff will become hostile if you try and return it. They don't sell anything that special and I prefer not to shop at a store run by truly unpleasant people.
Pros: cheap, variety
Cons: customer service, quality is lower than is apparent (and it feels low quality)
