My husband purchased CD that had misleading cover and went back in within minutes of purchase after listening to first song to exchange......the sign says they will exchange......and the owner refused to exchange......we have shopped here many times in past and love Pigeon Forge but this was a terrible experience and very rude service will never shop in this location again ever and advice others the same\r
