I dropped off a wool sweater to be dry cleaned and when I picked it up it had holes. Owner told me that they were moth holes. I had just moved to a new apartment so I thought it was possible. A year later I picked up a cashmere sweater of my husband's (it was new; he had worn it only once) and AGAIN it was filled with holes. Owner tried to tell me that it was moths . . . only problem is, we were living in a different apartment!! (We never had any moths in either apartment, nor any holes in any other clothes). She refused to reimburse me for the sweater though I showed her the receipt. Needless to say I would never go back.
