The level of service that was provided by the technician that came out to our home wa, s supurb; however the level of customer service you receive from some of the office staff could use some work. Our final service under our contract was rescheduled because Memphis experienced a little snow the night before. Of course we were not called to say there would not be anyone coming out to the home because they could not get in to the office to call everyone!?!?!? We were then rescchedule twice; however becuase of emergencies relative to jobs and family we had to reschedule. Before we could call back to reschedule the service we received a statement for the remaining balance because we supposedly did not follow though with our contract. I understand that the Nation is in destress at this time, but you cannot over look the needs of the customer. JPM-Memphis get it together and don't forget about the customer.
