I broke my nose in November 2007. I was seen in an after hours clinic and referred to Dr Shannon's office. My experience with his staff was EXCELLENT. Just as soon as I was seen they were speaking with my insurance company getting the approvals needed for my reduction. There are extended waits with appointments, and its not fast, however, you are the person of the hour while in the office with Dr Shannon as well as during your procedures. I would recommend Dr Shannon and his staff to anyone needing any sort of reconstruction or cosmetic procedures. It has been several months since my procedure. I have healed well and have no regrets or second thoughts on whether or not I should have used another physician. I will use Dr Shannon in the future should I or anyone in my family need his expertise. THANK YOU DR SHANNON AND STAFF! YOU ARE EXCELLENT!
Pros: Friendly caring staff, I never felt like I was just a number
