Wow, I'm so upset even angry with this place, I ordered 3 Bridesmaid dresses here. First they ordered the wrong color, and in order to make it right we would have to pay a shipping cost and then she said they wouldnt be here till the end of April (the wedding is March 29), some lame excuse about the Chinese New Year and they cant make our dresses that fast. The problem was their's not ours, even the seamstress said it was unfair but she couldnt do anything about it. I talked to the owner, expressing to her we wanted our money back she said the contract was final NO REFUNDS! They were not professional, they were fast talkers who were very snub, they did not want to talk anymore and tried to get us out the door because""We are very busy right now!"" they said.We even threaten to get the media involved, which I still may do. DO NOT SHOP HERE! There customer service is bad, bad, bad! The managers name is Rebecca and she is rude, snobby, and has wise cracking mouth. They are not worth 31/2 stars.
