I've used their cat sitting service since they opened for spans of 4 days to three weeks. Sometimes one of our cats would require medication. They have always been superb. They feed and change the water, clean the cat box, pill the cats and play with them. Charming and extensive notes document every visit. Once, the lock on our front door was broken (it just spun around and around) - they called me on my cell in Africa, got approval to hire a locksmith to fix the lock and everything was fine. I could not ask for better service, and recommend them without reservation.
