Management at this establishment is terrible. There is no customer service unless you are signing a contract. After that they couldn't care less about you. The people at the front desk never know how to help anyone. They took away the towels to wipe down the equipment after you have used it. Their is only one person there who is worth anything and that is a trainer. Megan. She knows what she is doing with her clients and she knows how to treat people. She should either run the joint or get out of there and work at a gym where they have their stuff together!
