I have been using Cycle City, since the new year. I can honestly say, I am happy every time I walk out of the store. I get good service from behind the counter, and service on my motorcycle has been flawless.\r
I have recommended many, many, friends, and have not heard one complaint.\r
The individual that placed a complaint here should have done as slowpro says ""handle it more professionally"" My husbands big Harley, always needs repairs and Cycle city is always the first choice for repairs and they do it right, and they do it fast.\r

Also to ETOH, the computer has a CAPITAL LOCK BUTTON on the left side, use it!\r
