I used to think Frank's was the best, most honest place in town. Since then I have realized that I may have been receiving price breaks based on my appearance, and upon introducing my boyfriend (who was taking his car in), things have gone downhill. I took my car in for a minor repair almost a year ago, and it came back to me with several new things wrong. I have taken the car in two times since then to have these things fixed. Not only did the car come back both times WITHOUT the promised repairs, but they found something else wrong which inevitably cost $120 each time. My boyfriend was also charged $120 for his ""oil change."" I used to think that the sometimes shotty workmanship was because Frank doesn't watch/screen his employees well enough, but now I am not so sure if he is even honest himself. I have sent him tons of business, and spent thousands of dollars there. I am saddened to have to look for a new mechanic AGAIN.
Pros: they lend you a car, great service if you are a single, attractive female
Cons: they don't seem to have a problem ripping people off and not fixing cars
