On Saturday Sept 1st, 2007 at 2:38pm I called Handy Rents to inquire about a piano dolly in order to move a piano. I asked the gentleman who answered the phone my question and he told me that they had appliance dollies, but he would have to check about a piano dolly. He came back and told me that they would ""be there at 3:30."" I explained that I was looking for a piano dolly. He left a second time and came back and asked if I ""had a bobcat?"" I hung up the phone. The man I talked to sounded drunk or stoned and did not appear to be able to answer any questions. I rented it from a different store. Pros: Did not rent from them Cons: Employee I talked to was unable to answer questions, sounded intoxicated, talked slowly, and came back to the phone twice with unrelated comments. more
