While the food was decent, the overall experience was below average. We tried to sit and enjoy a cocktail upstairs before dinner however, the music was way too loud. The bar was not warm and inviting at all. When we got downstairs for dinner, the staff was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Everything seemed unorganized. Our dinner was the same way. The server did not seem to know what he was doing and the kitchen was a mess. I also heard disgruntled employees complaining to one another about management. I saw that the manager, Tiffany wrote that the restaurant is better now that there is new management and chef. It is very funny to me how she is throwing her co-workers under the bus. This restaurant has always been owned and operated by the Houlihans corporation. It doesn't matter that the management has changed. The culture is the same...and, all the ""new"" management staff has been trained by the same people that trained the old management staff . Devon needs to take responsibility for what happens in Devon, not blame the people that no longer work there. If this restaurant was great now, I could understand her comments. However, it is still the same mess it was when I dined there in March. If you want quality service and great seafood, go somewhere else!!!
