Called to confirm the move twice, and twice was given different start times for the move. When I called on the day of the move, they did not have us scheduled. After 2 hours of back and forth with dispatch and the main office the movers came. They moved us very quickly, however they never showed up at the final destination - the move was from Manhattan to Queens, not long distance. They dodged our calls for the entire afternoon into the evening and then at 9pm told us they would not deliver our belongings until 2 days later!
When they finally showed up, they would not unload the truck until we gave them cash. They ruined one piece of furniture and another piece is simply missing.
