My AC broke on a Monday night and I called on a Tuesday morning - they were only able to get out to my house the next day. Granted, its 100 degrees and I only have the one unit. On Wednesday they only diagnosed the problem and ordered the part needed. It wouldn't come in for two days so I scheduled with the repairman for a Friday install. I was standing next to the repairman when he called to set up the Friday appt and was told it would definately be ready Friday. I called on Thursday afternoon to confirm a time for install for the next day and they weren't sure if the part had come in or if I had an appointment. I was told to call back in the morning.\r
I called Friday morning and they had no record of my installation appointment. They said they would work me in between 1pm and 5pm. Its now 4pm and they have been ""on their way"" for two hours. I have 20 people coming over tomorrow afternoon for a family's member's birthday - some of these people are coming in from out of town. \r
Their prices are very reasonable - but at this point I would have gladly paid more. I have been without AC for 5 days and counting. They seem to have a VERY LARGE problem with keeping track of their appointments.
