Without to much detail, I had a Dallas jeweler provide me a custom designed engagement ring which turned out to be falsely represented in both materials and quality. I finally returned the ring to this shameful Dallas jeweler and walked down the street to Krugers with ONLY 3 WEEKS TILL THE WEDDING. I was obviously in a HUGE time crunch, as well as skeptical of jewelers in general. I walked in the door and Amy greeted me and we began to discuss my options. Amy assured me that they could make the same ring that I had designed within the 3 week time crunch of the wedding. The ring was EXACTLY as I designed and was GORGEOUS, exactly as I pictured. Krugers restored that faith 100% and they will be the ONLY jeweler I use. PLEASE take my advise, there are some shady jewelers out there who promise more than they will offer, but Krugers is no such jeweler. DONT TAKE CHANCES WITH YOUR WIFE TO BE, MAKE THE SMART DECISION AND CHOOSE KRUGERS.
