I cannot laud Pilates Aligned enough. After decades of athletics, including a "Pilates-based" program, at 46 I was disabled by the 1st of 2 auto accidents. Missing halves of 2 vertebrae & remnants of a shattered disc from MVA #1, & burdened by a cervical fusion and severe musculoskeletal issues, at 49 someone else ran into me & messed up my right SI joint. In all, I spent 4 years pursuing integrative medical treatments. I thought I'd never escape my miserable life of severe chronic pain & narcotics. 2 years ago, a few months after the 2nd accident, I was fortunate to be referred to Pilates Aligned & Danielle Hendricks.
