I have had several automotive services performed by this location. I have never been please with the level of customer service provided by this group. I have heard the phone ring and ring with no one picking up while I was there in their office to schedule service. I have tried calling to check on my car with no one picking up. This is totally an unacceptable way to treat your customers.
