I took my BMW to this shop for an estimate. The appraiser for the insurance company representing the person who ran into my car said the damage was 3 times less than what Berli's quoted me. Berli's estimate had things listed on it that weren't even damaged in the wreck. Ofcourse when I sent the insurance estimate over to Berli's, they didn't bother to call me back. I even called the person at Berli's handling my case and he said he'd get back to me but never did. These people might do great body work, but only if they can overbill and make an obscene amount of money doing so. Otherwise, they just don't care to have your business. These people are crooks, plain and simple.
Pros: Seem to do good repair work
Cons: Poor service, overpriced
