I considered myself in good shape because I ran regularly, but my girlfriend had been hounding me to join her for Boot Camp. After the first day of dying through push-ups, sit-ups and squats, I knew I was not in as good of shape as I had thought. Now two months later, I am in the best shape I've been in since college. The different exercises are fantastic and keep things very interesting. Changing my eating habits has also been a plus. But the strength of the program is the instructors. They incredibly motivating by how they interact with everyone and the fact that they are in great shape. I can't imagine any other boot camp being as effective. Pros: Instructors. Exercises. Results. Cons: None more
