I bought a 2 plasma televisions from Video Only, one with the matching tv stand built specifically for the tv. The stand was damaged with gouges and scratches. I took it back to the store. They told me they would not replace it. I would need to contact the company directly for replacement parts. After contacting the company, it took over two months and numerous phone calls to get undamaged parts. Video Only was not willing to help me. In the future, I'd rather pay a little more to get better customer service. Obviously Video Only's policy is that once the sale is made, you're not worth their time. more
