I can only comment on the look and feel of this place, having only visited it. It is a fairly large place, but it's cluttered, messy and run down. It gives the impression of being dirty, although it seems to be an old building and maybe that's why. A friend who has been there a few times said it smells bad to her. To be fair, I did not notice that. The location is convenient to many places, but parking is Horrible.
