I'm fairly new to Austin, and haven't found a family vet for my 3 pit bulls...until yesterday. I had an emergency situation with my male, and after checking CitySearch for a Vet - I chose to take him to Dr. Spangler #1. because of his rating and #2. his office is located only about 1 mile from my house. I was not expecting to find someone whom I would be comfortable calling My Vetbut I did! Dr. Spangler, Jamie and the rest of the staff did everything they could to help my dog despite him not being the ideal patient. I am very happy to say that we will be calling Dr. Spangler our Vet from now on. Dr. Spangler has a down home, no-nonsense approachwhich is a breath of fresh air for someone who comes from a small Texas town. Thank you Dr. Spangler and Staff!
