The wine list is excellent! The northern ribs make a great appetizer. The Lemon Chicken is a great entree. The Manager walks around to check for customer satisfaction. When I first walked in, the place had a strange odor and the bathrooms are used by people in the mall so they are never very clean. They do not rush you and the servers spend lots of time helping you choose the right dish. If you want to avoid the endles crowds at the cheesecake factory, try Chang's. The large booths are very nice.
Pros: Nice atmosphere, A Manager who cares, decent prices and a nice wine list
Cons: bathrooms are usually dirty. The Mongolian beef was not as good as we were told.
