I do not recommend The Urology Group. The billing department is very unprofessional and has stopped all communication with me for the past 3 weeks. I have been very straight forward and polite. They have no respect for their patients.
If your insurance does not cover infertility services, but The Urology Group is in your insurance's network, The Urology Group will not accept the repriced (discounted) rate that they would otherwise accept from your insurance company if your insurance company covered infertility services. It is up to the individual provider on if they accept the discount amount from the patient or not. It could be double the price for the patient than what the insurance company would pay.
Obviously, they do not care about their patients and are only out to make money. I even tried contacting the head of the board of directors, and no response from him either.
