I was very disappointed in the service at this Southern Restaurant. The food was the best southern cooking that you can get away from home. But, customer service should be your number 1 priority, so that your customers return time and time again and they recommend it to all their friends and family. I had heard how wonderful the food was so I took my daughter and friend to eat and we all ordered catfish dinners and sweet ice tea, unfortuately the ice tea did not taste like ice tea, so I told the lady working the counter that the tea tasted more like lemonade then ice tea and could we have sodas instead of the tea. She told me that we got what we ordered and charged me for the additional sodas. I feel the cost of the sodas is very small compared to having dissatified customers. more
