My two daughters will let no one besides Ellen at Headlines cut their hair. She listens to what they want and pays attention, and they love that. She also does a very good job cutting their hair and is not afraid to be a little unconventional with them. Head Lines is a small, family owned salon in Tara Plaza. It is very friendly and reasonable priced.
