Quality vietnamese food on Broadway St.

I love vietnamese food and I really like Pho cyclo on broadway in capitol hill in seattle.
This place has quality ambience -- it just feels nice and clean and relaxed. And it has quality food.
The service is ok at best but isn't really an issue given the first two positives of this place.
