I am an avid player and while I can't recommend any one individual tennis instructor -- I can tell you that you will find good instructors at the Seattle tennis center on MLK drive.
The fact that you are left handed shouldn't matter for a good instructor.
Good luck. Enjoy tennis -- it's really fun.

It's expensive...but they are very good. And they do install cars too.
They have a location on Roosevelt in Seattle.

It's one of the best.
But it's very difficult to get into. Not quite as hard as harvard but it's hard.

Coffee crew makes the best chocolate chip muffins in Laurelhurst. They're simply awesome. Chocolate chips nicely melted, muffin top is perfectly crusted. My only complaint -- and I've shared this with the owner is she doesn't make enough of them. I often will go in and be forced to accept the lemon muffin -- which is not a bad substitute ...but it's not the same.
So if you go -- tell her you read about her on Judys' Book and ask her to please make me some more muffins (especially if you are going to buy a muffin).

Went to salvatore last night and I have to say that this a gem of an italian restaurant on Roosevelt Ave in the U district of Seattle.
I think their pizzas are the best in town...though be warned it's not a pizza joint. It's a somewhat pricey italian joint that happens to serve the best thin crust pizza in town.
Definately worth going there. I like the waiter with the real italian accent.

I just had a great cup of onion soup on lake union in the sun. You can't beat Seattle when it's sunny and you can't beat palazzo's for its soup and coffee. I recommend this as a little known cafe...

You can always go get phish food at ben and jerry's or pistachio at 31 flavors.
Ice cream is my favorite desert.

I wouldn't normally write a review of Burgermaster but your questoin about where to eat in Seattle that is not a Pho or sandwich restaurant got me thinking....and it was a hard question for me to answer.
Burgermaster is conveniently located near U Village and actually has pretty good food and a very low price.
If you don't like burgermaster, you can always try the IHOP for cheap eats....
or go to the U district -- you're most likely to find cheap eats where the students are...and unfortunately, no great cheap place comes rushing to mind.
