I selected this company since I read that Erie Insurance is recommended by Consumer Reports Magazine. For a while, I had the best insurance--full insurance for like $600 a year--for a young female in her 20's!
Then, I had an an accident and a ticket and they dropped me. I had a real hard time finding insurance after the lapse.
However, while it lasted, I had a good experience with them. Frank Spicer is a good agent and his son is okay, too. The staff is polite and helpful.
