The Staff at the Cumming office are horrible. They are not compassionate at all. They hide behind voice mail and emails disguising it as customer service. They are not equipped to handle simple requests such as calling in your prescriptions to Medco. I am telling everyone I know about the distressful experience I had on 11/5/08 when I wasn't allowed to speak with my doctor even after I had expressed that I was suicidal. They disconnected the call. My therapist had to be called to save my life.
