Bad Customer Service 8/16/2016

Called the day before my anniversary to order flowers. Specifically stated that they had to be delivered between 9 and 11 a.m. because my wife would be out that afternoon. I was told that would not be a problem if I paid an additional fee. Today when no flowers were delivered I called and was told that they only deliver to my address between 3 and 5. Why was I not told that yesterday? I could have ordered from a more local dealer. I got a "we're sorry" but you don't get two chances to make it right. more
