We make the Flying Burrito a regular twice-a-month out-to-eat experience. I love the amazing triggerfish fajitas (a frequent special). Also, they make some killer oyster tacos. Everything I have had here is wonderfully seasoned and well-prepared. My only objection is that they tend to bring all of the dishes in too quick succession, even when we ask them to wait. We just start on the margaritas and chips when here comes the salad. We are in the middle of our fabulous salad, when all of a sudden, the main dish arrives. Little to gripe about, though, when the food is so great -- that's why they get a nine instead of a ten.
