Just wanted to send a note your way to extend a further compliment. I was in yesterday - on a day in which the service department,evidently was short handed and the flow of repairs very busy. Despite the fact , as aver, Rick took care of my Highlander in a swift matter.Further, he went way out of his way in extended courtesy and assistance. he always does so, but given the hectic day, that was even more outstanding. Also, Frank was exceedingly helpful...as he too always is. So compliments to the two of them and to you for having such a fine staff.
