I bought a Jetta here in 2002 and have done most of the service over the last 100,000 miles here as well. The few times I went elsewhere were a disappointment (even though at another VW dealer, both times they tried to tack on extra uneeded items.) Brian and Jerry at Northland are always up front & honest on costs and a pleasure to work with. I'll continue to take my Jetta here as long as I have it!
