My boyfriend and I tried OBL for the first time on Valentine's Day. What a lovely way to celebrate! The atmosphere is very comfortable and the man who got our table ready (who I'm guessing was an owner, or at least a manager) was very welcoming. Our server was great, too - casual and friendly without being in-your-face, but also efficient.
As for the food, it was delicious! I highly recommend the stuffed jalapenos as an appetizer. Stuffed with cheesy grits?! YUM. The complimentary cornbread was also tasty. I had a green chili burger which was very flavorful, though a tad dry. Problem solved by adding some house-made chipotle aioli. My boyfriend's ribs were so tender they fell off the bone. Even though we were stuffed, we ordered the banana bread sundae for dessert - SO worth it! Oh, and one of my favorite parts of the meal was the fantastic pomegranate margarita.
We will definitely return, hopefully when it's warmer and we can enjoy their sweet patio.
