Good: Toyota-Peterson is always ready for my appointment. Shelby identified me when I got out of my car, called me by name, and motioned me over to her station. She walked me through the process and listened to what I told her. How do I know that she listened? My comments were printed on my document. They also washed my car, which is so very nice!. Bad: Nothing. Improvements: I always wait for my car, bringing work with me into the service waiting area. It would be nice if there were additional plugs for our computers.. Other: The people we deal with are always clean, the waiting room is clean, and the service bay we pull into is clean. Folks are neatly dressed and very respectful..
