i am not completely un happy with the care of my dog while boarding at sunrun. what does concern me is the unfamiular staff. i 've been boarding at sunrun for two years and absoultely loved the staff .karen and yvette were the two most caring caretakers i ve ever dealt with. they took the time and answered all my questions and my dog was always happy to see them. i respct the owner and her decesions but her new staff is rather rude and makes me feel as though i am intruding and my questions are silly. i may look for another kennel if things dont change
