I work in the area and we order from Sub Shoppe 2-3 times a week. We loved the food and the service. Never again. My friend and I ordered chicken cheesesteaks. We opened the box and thought they made a mistake and gave us two rolls, opened the rolls and there was about a tsp of meat. As this was not the first time this happened I felt the need to call so I called and told the gentleman what happened. He replied "And?" I stated that we spend a lot of money at this business and this roll was unacceptable and that we would be ordering from Pats from now on. He replied, I have all of your information and I am emailing the president of your company. I replied for what? Because I complained that I spent 6 dollars for a roll? He hung up on me. I worked in the food industry for years and would never let a so called sandwich like this leave my building and if it did and the customer complained I Certainly would not have treated them in such a manner. We took pictures of the sandwiches and sent an email to the Sub Shoppe with no response. Goodbye Sub Shoppe, Hello Pat's. more
