I would recommend that no one goes to Bridaltown, the service first off is horrible, the manager Warren Bittner and Bill Titze treat people horrible. I was told when my dress didn't come in to get the F out of there store and that I would not get a refund. I saw a few charges on my credit card that I know I had not placed and after my Credit card company traced the charges they came from Bridaltown for pizza, and for various other things. I called the store and again got told they would have legal action against me if I called again. My Credit Card company thankfully cancelled the card and I currently am taking legal action against them. So for anyone giving your card over the phone think twice. Warren thinks he can do whatever he wants to customers and get away with it. My dress never came in and I am out 1200.00. They are crooked and scam artists who probably use your money to pay there own bills.
